It’s been three months since I started advertising on Amazon. I recently passed one million impressions and I’ve sold 24 books. So that’s roughly one sale for every 40,000 impressions. Still costing me ten times more than I’m making. Actually, I’m not making anything, as Amazon won’t pay me out until I make $100 in royalties, and I’m only making 35c per book!! Hmmm, I don’t quite have this figured out yet…

A fantasy fan since being read 'The Hobbit' by her father at the fireside at the age of six, she has been an avid bookworm her entire life. When the idea for her current trilogy popped into her head, there was never any doubt that it would be in the fantasy genre. Unfortunately, real life gets in the way, and writing has to fit around her full-time job at a global engineering consultancy and family life (husband and two young adult children). It took ten years to pen her first book, Medar, which was a finalist for the Tom Fitzgibbon Award in 2015 and was published in 2017. I havent read a decent book in ages. Medar got me back into reading every night. It’s exciting and wants you to enjoy the same journey as Freda is on. It’s the first part of a trilogy series, which I’m nearly gonidjing book 2. If you’re into fantasy and just getting back into reading this trilogy is for you. Freda finds a special tablet telling her about this wonderful land beyond the Wall that is free from the evil Master. She’s on a special long journey of discovery, which will keep you wanting more..
